Synsam currently has 50 stores in Finland with plans to grow to almost 100 stores in the coming years. All stores and website operate under the name of “Synsam”.
To assert their strategic position in the quality segment and in their pursuit to better serve customers through the buying channels they prefer, Synsam have implemented TryLive, the virtual eyewear try-on solution to their website. Having evaluated different products, they chose TryLive Eyewear as the most suitable due to its advanced Augmented Reality face tracking capabilities, presence in the marketplace, optional features and supporting services.
Synsam’s objective for implementing TryLive is to provide a fun, engaging virtual try-on glasses experience that will help improve their online presence and increase traffic, leading to new customers either buying online or via one of the Synsam stores throughout Finland.
